The client's wish was to update this apartment that offered a good layout. The client also wanted to clean up the drains and change the windows.

We brought the fireplace up to standard, which required changing the beam, modifying the floor and opening an air inlet in the living room wall.
We helped the client to make his choices and we followed the works in order to deliver a more modern apartment.
